Decree Law no. 185 of 28 November 2008, as amended by conversion law no. 2 of 28 January 2009, provides for an important exception to the system of mandatory communications, introducing a special procedure for communicating the establishment, transformation, extension and termination of a domestic employment relationship which requires you to contact the INPS (Istituto Nazionale della Previdenza Sociale - National Social Security Institute) directly, following the instructions illustrated by the institute on the page Managing a Domestic Employment Relationship.
